Trademark Renewal

A registration does not last forever. We keep track of your dates and renew before they pass.

Why renewal matters

Most countries grant a trademark for a fixed term, commonly ten years, and then ask the owner to renew it. If the date is missed, the registration can be lost, and getting the same protection back may mean starting again.

Some countries also ask for extra steps at set points, such as a statement that the mark is in use. Each country has its own rules, and we work from the rules of the country concerned.

What is included

  • Recording the renewal dates for each of your registrations
  • Reminders well ahead of the deadline, with a quote
  • Preparing and filing the renewal and paying the official fee
  • Checking that the owner's name and address on the register are up to date
  • Sending you confirmation once the office has renewed the mark

How it works
